Continuting Education at The Landing School's Arundel, Maine, facility provides trainees with access to modern and traditional boat building and repair tools and equipment. The building has more than 50,000 square feet of space including shops, labs and classrooms.

The boatbuilding shops are fully equipped with commercial-grade power and hand tools, and well-stocked with high-quality wood and composite construction materials. The shops include areas for planning, wood-steaming, vacuum-bagging, lofting and wood storage.
The marine systems laboratory contains 24 workstations equipped with AC and DC electric power, compressed air and water supplies. In addition to its lecture and demonstration area, the lab is equipped with lifts and industrial-grade tools used to teach system assembly and installation.
The design studio on the second floor of the boatbuilding shop contains a spacious work studio and separate lecture hall. It is equipped with networked computer workstations, plotters, reference archives and a drafting table for each student.
