Job Summary: Kittery Point Yacht Yard (KPYY) is seeking a marine diesel mechanic / technician to join our team.
Applicant's desired background to include engine maintenance, troubleshooting, rebuilds and repowers, as well as a familiarity with related vessel systems.
OEM training opportunities are available.
Good communication skills and basic computer knowledge are necessary prerequisites.
Must be able to lift 50 lbs and comfortable working in, on, and around boats.
Other boat related skills are always a plus.
Position is full time, year-round, M-F 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. We offer health, dental & vision insurance, retirement plan with company match, paid holidays and paid time off.
Pay rate is $18-30 per hour, based on experience.
