Position Title: Service Manager
Compensation/Rate: BOE
Company: Multitech Marine Services, the premier catamaran repair facility, is seeking an experienced individual for a full time position as service manager at our St. Thomas USVI location. The service manager will be responsible for communication with clients and selling new jobs, overseeing technicians, providing accurate estimates to clients, scheduling crew to meet project deadlines, and overseeing the day to day tasks.
Position Requirements:
Must have experience in the marine industry and knowledge pertaining to marine service and the common systems installed aboard yachts
Must have strong organizational skills.
Ability to manage service personal and draft schedules to optimize efficiency and meet project deadlines
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with customers and crew
Must be able to accurately estimate jobs
Must have basic computer literacy
