Position Requirements: Do you have training in the industry of fiberglass and gelcoat repair? Such as color matching faded gelcoat, repairing an extensively damaged boat to look as good as new. We are looking for a trained and skilled individual to work in our fiberglass shop. Responsibilities include writing accurate and complete estimates, submitting material orders to the parts manager, coordinating work to maximize the shop effectively and perform repairs to a high level of perfection.
