Job Description:
At least two years of experience repairing fiberglass and/ or other composites.
Have experience with Awlgrip and or/ similar topcoat application and repair.
Have experience with Gelcoat repair including color matching.
Be willing to work with others and be self-motivating.
Execute your jobs with attention to detail and take pride in your work.
Have a valid driver’s license.
Schedule:
This position is full time and year-round.
There will be opportunities for overtime during the spring rush.
After a qualifying period, benefits consist of a quarterly profit-sharing bonus, paid vacation, sick leave, paid holidays, and an optional retirement account.
