MacDougalls’ Cape Cod Marine Service is seeking the right candidate to fulfill a year-round, professional career in Marine Fiberglass and Paint. The successful candidate must have working knowledge, whether through schooling or working experience, with various coring materials, gelcoat matching and application. The right candidate is someone who will complete projects timely and effectively, maintain cleanliness on projects both during and after job completion, perform heavy lifting, climbing, and carrying during job process, and maintain awareness of and consistently practice safe work habits. The successful candidate must be willing to perform other tasks and work well with other experienced marine crew to provide a well-executed, quality service to our boating customers. We look for candidates with a great attitude and a strong work ethic who are looking to grow and be part of a great team.
