Position Summary:
Padebco has multiple year-round, full-time positions available at our full-service facility. We offer dental & vision insurance, a retirement plan with company match, paid time off, and paid holidays.
Pay rate is based on experience. ABYC and other certifications are a plus.

Padebco is a full-service boatyard offering a wide range of marine services; repowers, refits, storage, and more! We are a custom boat builder of traditional Downeast-style fiberglass recreational boats that lean toward luxury. Our boats range from 21 – 32-foot cruisers, center consoles, and walkarounds.
