Position Title: Office Coordinator

Compensation/Rate: $15-$18/hr 

Job Description: 

Small, internationally acclaimed marine trade school looking for a self-starter to support executive staff and manage overall office tasks. Individual must have a willingness to cross-train in multiple job areas, have an ability to multi-task and be organized, and have strong attention to details and deadlines. Background in education and an interest in the boating industry are a strong plus. Full time, permanent position, including benefits.


Required education/experience: 
• Ability to work in fast-paced multidisciplinary environment
• High school diploma
• Google Docs 
• Microsoft Office 
• Adobe Creative Suite
• List/Data Management
• Exceptional telephone/communications skills
• Occasional ability to lift up to 30 pounds

Preferred Experience/Interest:
• PC over Apple
• Potential growth in sales support
• Social Media
