Position Title: Sabre Dirigo Project Manager

Position Summary:
Position Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for planning and executing projects including, new builds and existing production on the Dirigo production line. This position will require managing and working with the project team, working within a predetermined timeline and budget and ensuring quality control throughout the project life cycle.
Responsibilities
• Manage project from initiation to commissioning.
• Manage project schedule and allocate resources to ensure milestones are achieved.
• Direct management of production team.
• Continued development and training for team members
• Communicate the needs of the project to design, engineering, purchasing and the management team.
• Report issues and escalate to management as needed.
• Ensure timely and efficient flow of materials required for the project.
• Identify inefficiency and streamline for production.
• Ensure all quality goals and industry best practice standards are met.
• Review and ensure adherence to job specifications and change orders.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
Job Requirements
• 5 years’ work experience in project management or production supervision.
• Experience working in a team oriented environment.
• Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems and best practices in yacht construction.
• Strategic, operational and technical management skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, problem solving and analytic skills.
• Rapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and priorities.
• Experience with managing project workforce, material & equipment resources efficiently.
