Position Title: Yard Operations

Job Description: Great Island Boat Yard is currently seeking a full-time, year-round employee to join our Yard Operations team. This is a dynamic position that is involved in many facets of our boat yard operation: hauling/launching; detailing; bottom painting; maintenance of the yard and buildings as necessary; framing and covering/uncovering boats. A successful candidate will be a detail oriented and energetic team player looking for physical work in a lively environment. Prerequisites include having a valid driver’s license and the ability to lift heavy objects, bend/crouch, and wear a respirator as necessary. This is a terrific opportunity to be part of a skilled team of professionals servicing quality yachts in a first-class facility.
