Marine Rigging & Systems Technician
Racine Riverside Marine – Racine, Wisconsin (Lake Michigan)
Racine Riverside Marine is seeking a skilled, motivated Marine Rigging & Systems Technician to join our growing team on Lake Michigan. We are a full-service marina, dealership, and boating club operation focused on delivering a premium experience across sail and power.
This is an opportunity to work on high-quality vessels in a fast-paced, professional environment—not a stagnant service yard.

🔧 What You’ll Do
Rig and commission outboard-powered boats (Robalo, center consoles, dual consoles)
Install and service marine systems including:
Helm controls, steering, and hydraulic systems
Garmin / Simrad electronics packages
Battery systems, charging, and wiring

Support commissioning of new boats and pre-delivery inspections (PDI)
Troubleshoot and resolve rigging and systems issues
Maintain clean, organized, and professional work standards

⚙️ What We’re Looking For
Graduate of The Landing School or similar marine program preferred
Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
Experience with outboards, rigging, or marine systems (entry-level candidates with strong training considered)
Attention to detail and pride in workmanship
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
