Job description: Wooden boatbuilder Wanted- Newcastle, ME
We are a small wooden boatyard in midcoast Maine, specializing in maintenance, repair, restoration, and new construction of wooden pleasure boats up to 40’ in length. We have 50 boats to maintain annually as well as numerous repair and restoration projects and one current new build. Having a small crew means there is plenty of variety in daily tasks and we are looking for a friendly, motivated individual who can work well independently and as a team. While joiner skills are of most importance, we are also looking for individuals with painting, rigging, and mechanical aptitude as well.
