Position Title: Composites Technician - Basic Qualifications (Will Train):

Position Summary:
• Basic understanding of composite fabrication and process control
• Ability and willingness to work within a collaborative team environment
• Motivated to learn and develop skillset in Prepreg lamination as well as Resin Infusion
• Ability to work in an organized and clean manner
• Ability to read and understand basic construction drawings and laminate schedules
• Proficiency with using the metric system
Additional Skills a Plus
• Composite material and Process development/fabrication experience.
• Experience Operating grinders, saws, and other various shop tools.
• Prior experience in advanced composite fabrication and assembly
