Position Title: Marine Trades Specialist

Job Summary: Kittery Point Yacht Yard is looking to add talented individuals with experience in the marine trades to our team of professionals. Individuals who have specific experience in the areas of sailboat rigging, surface coatings including gelcoat, paint and varnish, carpentry, or equipment operation a strong plus.
The successful candidate will be professional and team-oriented, but also able to work independently. Must have good communication skills and be detail oriented. Must be able to lift 50 lbs and work outside in all weather conditions. Must be comfortable working in, on, and around boats. Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Must be willing to undergo background check.
Other boat related skills are always a plus.
Position is full time, year-round, M-F 7:30 am – 4:00 pm. We offer health, dental & vision insurance, retirement plan with company match, paid holidays and paid time off.
Pay rate is $17-30 per hour, based on experience.
