Job Summary: The successful candidate will be resourceful and solution-oriented, have excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to take ownership of important department processes. Proficiency with computers and basic software programs, as well as the ability to learn new software, is required. Candidate should have the ability to perform various tasks in an office environment. Attention to detail and organization are a must.
Position is full time year-round from 7:30-4:00pm M-F. We offer health, dental & vision insurance, retirement plan with company match, paid holidays and paid time off.
Primary responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
• Research, order, and receive parts for various boat projects, spring commissioning, fall decommissioning, yards tools, etc.
• Research, order, and receive parts for call in customers and process POS payments
• Proficiency in all dealership software as a resource for information, parts, and ordering
• Maintain required stock room inventory levels
• Monitor parts pricing, margin, and volume
• Backup front office management as needed, i.e. answer phones, customer service
