Job Qualifications: We are looking for the best and the brightest to work at Freedom Boat Club Maine and to strengthen our team. You will supervise and coordinate activities of the Operations team engaged in Customer service, Operational standards, Fleet maintenance and Site Supervisor ship. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:

• Schedule and facilitate training of Dockhands and follow-up to ensure company standards

• Oversee customer contact and train to ensure first in class service is provided

• Work with Director regarding scheduling, preparing, and executing fleet maintenance

• Establish and maintain interdepartmental relationships

• Oversee productivity and engagement

• Oversee fleet readiness and functionality

• Address repairs and service

• Update the Director on Daily work schedule, personnel, equipment, facilities, and customer concerns/issues/feedback

• Communicate with members about satisfaction and vessel readiness

• Train new members utilizing USCG Coast Guard credentials and Freedom Boat Club curriculum

• Learn Freedom Boat Club Reservation system and navigation

• Learn engine maintenance, commissioning, and decommissioning processes

• Other duties may be assigned as needed

Skills & Requirements:

• 5+ years of Customer service experience

• Strong Microsoft Office skills to include Outlook, Excel and Word

• 5+ years of experience in the boating industry required

• Must be organized and detail-oriented with strong analytical skill

• Seeking a candidate that is a team player, has a positive attitude and a strong work ethic

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and has ability to make independent decisions to determine appropriate course of action

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record

• USCG Merchant Mariner credentials

• Background check required

• Omnia Assessment will be given
