Position Title: Fiberglass tech
Compensation/Rate: $25/hr. - 35/hr. depending on experience
Location: Lorton, Virginia
Position Summary:
Fiberglass hand lay-up. Boat repair, and boat manufacture. Be in at the start of making an exciting new small boat. Prototype complete and government and fishermen ordering boats off prototype. Un-ending fiberglass repair - our sister company rent 50 sailing dinghies to the public.
You need to be proficient in hand lay-up techniques and your hands need to naturally replicate or generate shape, be self-motivated, responsible, drug free and have a clean criminal record... we work on government stuff. We work a lot, so we choose to only work with fun people who bring something more than just running a sander for 8 hours a day.
