Job Description: Small family owned boatyard on Nantucket Sound seeks a Marine systems tech.
Basic skills OK, willing to train.
About us: We are located on Wychmere Harbor in Harwich Port, MA Cape Cod.
We have our own slips, moorings, fuel dock, and launch ramp. We haul and launch boats using our 5 ton, 10, ton and 30 ton hydraulic trailers and a long-fork Cat Forklift.
We primarily work on mid size outboard boats, but have some larger Cabo, and Viking Sportfish customers up to 50', as well as a handful of sailboats.
We do outboard work, diesel work, fiberglass work, paint, haul and launch, shrink-wrapping, electronics installs etc. etc.
We are a full service yard. And because we are small and have a small tight knit crew we all participate in all aspects of marine work.
One day we'll be installing a top of the line radar, and the next bottom painting. We do whatever it takes to get the job done, and rely on each others different skill sets to be successful.
Looking for someone who can fit into our crew for the long term.
Boat handling skills a plus, but willing to train.
