Job Description: Annapolis Harbor Boat Yard is a full service marine repair facility that provides high quality repairs and upgrades to private vessels from 20 to 60 feet. Right now we are looking for a qualified candidate to hit the ground running and be willing to work at both the high speed and high quality that our clientele demands.
The ideal candidate will know the proper repair techniques for both fiberglass and carbon fiber laminates, gelcoat color matching, the proper methodology for filling and fairing repairs, the utilization and differences between different types of resins, the principles and application procedures for Awlgrip and other topcoat materials as well as general boat knowledge.
We are looking to fulfill the open vacancy immediately and are a full time employer year round. We offer health and vision insurance after the qualifying period, retirement contributions, paid holidays and a sign on bonus to the right candidate.
