Position Title: Service Writer
Compensation/Rate: $60,000 -
Location: Essex, MA
Position Summary:
-Customer service
-Generating work orders
-Ordering, receiving and processing parts onto work orders
-Processing work orders into bills
-Billing and processing payment from customers
-Answering phones, voice mails and emails
-Assisting with Honda and Yamaha warranty claims
-Assisting with prioritizing and scheduling of work orders
-Assisting with engine sales and estimates
