Position Title: Bottom Painter
Compensation/Rate: Starting at $16, based on experience
Location: South Portland, ME
Job Description: Tasks include cleaning, waxing and buffing boat surfaces. Cleaning upholstery and applying preservation chemicals. Prepping, sanding and painting boat bottoms. We are willing to train the right person! Apply within to start a rewarding career with advancement opportunities!
Job Skill Requirements:
Knowledgeable in cleaning solutions and equipment
Experience painting with brush and roller.
High efficiency time management skills and ability to meet strict deadlines
Effective communication skills
Ability to work independently, with an eye for detail.
Will need strong organizational skills and ability to keep a tidy work area.
Experience with boats is a plus.
Must be at least 18 with a valid driver’s license.
Must be able to wear a respirator.
Education Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
