Position Title: Marine Outboard Technician
Compensation/Rate: $20-$30
Location: South Portland, ME
Responsibilities:
Outboard engines, electrical, electronics, boat systems repairs, maintenance and installations
Ability to perform computer and mechanical diagnostics
Includes operation of forklift and trailer operations for boat launching and hauling
Includes lifting boat blocks, jack stands and other items 50 lbs or more.
Perform related duties as assigned
Work Experience Required:
Individual must have good mechanical aptitude and prior experience in general boat systems maintenance
Prior experience in outboard engine repair, electrical and boats systems repair is a plus
Must be highly organized and motivated
Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Must have tools
Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED.
