Job description: At Bourget Design & Millwork, we don’t just build cabinets and doors — we craft heirloom-quality pieces for some of the most beautiful homes in Aspen. We’re looking for a skilled carpenter who takes pride in precision, craftsmanship, and integrity to join our small, tight-knit team.

What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in finish carpentry, cabinetmaking, or millwork fabrication.
(Note: We're also open to graduates of carpentry schools, but you'll start at a slightly lower wage.)
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Ability to read shop drawings and work independently or as part of a small team.
Pride in quality, punctuality, and a job well done.
Physically capable of lifting/moving cabinets and doors (with help).

Responsibilities
Assemble cabinets and interior doors
Operate a planer, jointer, table saw, panel saw, and glue press
Operate a CNC router
Review cabinet and door drawings on a computer (using Sketchup)
Create cut lists using Excel
Qualifications
Accurate measuring and math skills required
Valid driver’s license required
Great physical condition and dexterity
Deep knowledge of carpentry materials, tools, and techniques
