Position Title: Boat Builders & Carpenters
Compensation/Rate: $11-20/hour

Pay is dependent on experience.
Jarretty Bay is also the place for learning new skills and creating a great future. Individuals willing to learn will start at least $11/hr.
Full time employees will benefit from 4 paid holidays (Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Years), Health/Dental Insurance, and accrued Vacation and Sick Days, and 4-5 day work weeks.
Daily tasks would include:
Sanding/shaping wood and fiberglass in matrix (with angle grinder)
Measuring and cutting lumber (with any of a variety of power tools)
Shaping wood into complex shapes (with saws and power planer)
Measuring and cutting fiberglass (with large scissors)
Mixing epoxy resin accurately
Wetting and rolling down fiberglass (in epoxy resin)
Climbing up and down ladders (a lot)
Work cooperatively in a team setting
Painting: faring and shaping, blocking & board sanding, spraying
