Whether you’re a seasoned tinkerer or just looking to dive into a new trade, we provide the training you need to succeed.
The Role
In this position, you will be responsible for maintaining and restoring the integrity of inflatable watercraft. This is a hands-on role that blends technical precision with customer interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Repairs: Performing minor repairs and professional-grade gluing on various inflatable boat models.
Maintenance: Inspecting boats for leaks, structural issues, and general wear and tear.
Sales Support: Assisting customers with inquiries and helping them find the right products or repair solutions.
Quality Control: Ensuring every boat leaves the shop meeting our high standards for safety and performance.
What We’re Looking For
Mechanical Aptitude: You enjoy working with your hands and have a steady, precise touch.
Willingness to Learn: No prior inflatable experience? No problem. We provide paid on the job training.
Reliability: You show up ready to work and take pride in a job well done.
Communication Skills: Comfortable chatting with customers and working as part of a small, dedicated team.
