Finn is well on his way to fulfilling his dream of starting his own business as he works to complete his Associate Degree in Marine Industry Technology with a focus on Marine Systems and Wooden Boat Building.

Finn has spent his entire life around boats. Growing up in Bar Harbor, Maine he also learned to work on boats doing maintenance, lamination, painting and a host of other duties. Like many others who grow up on the coast of Maine, he has spent every day of his life wanting to be on the water.

Finn’s reason for coming to The Landing School is simple. “If you have a job you love you don’t work a day in your life.” His desire for a hands-on education that would allow him to fulfill his dream of a life on the water makes him an ideal student and a credit to The Landing School.

With creativity and a great deal of perseverance, Finn will undoubtedly have a bright future in the marine industry.
